As a Travel Registered Nurse in the Acute Cardiology Medicine unit at UCHealth, I provide direct patient care for various cardiac patients, including those recovering from surgery and heart failure. With a focus on a multidisciplinary approach, I utilize the nursing process to ensure evidence-based practices and exceptional patient outcomes in a fast-paced clinical environment. Additionally, I contribute to the training of new healthcare professionals and support a culture of safety and quality in patient care.

Location: UCHealth UCHlth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion, US:CO:Aurora

Department: 36 bed Cardiac Unit caring for General Cardiology patients, HF patients, CT Surgery post surgical intervention, & post-transplant medicine patients.

FTE: Full Time, 0.9, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Day and Night Rotation

Pay: $55.00 per hour plus travel package/stipend

13 week assignments available - extension options

Minimum Requirements:

• CO RN license or eNLC privileges
• 1-year experience
• BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
