Optimal Home Care is looking for a Registered Nurse to provide services to our patients in the Littleton and the surrounding areas. There is a $15 K Sign-on bonus for this full-time position.

About the Position:

The goal of the home health Registered Nurse (RN) is to return the patient to the highest practicable level of independence and well-being within the community with self-management of disease and other identified processes.

When the highest practicable level of well-being is not independence, the goal is to prepare the patient and family/caregivers for a continuum of care within the home and/or within other community-based health care systems.

Pay: $75,000-100,000

*Optimal Pays Per Visit*

Qualifications:

A graduate of an accredited, approved school of professional nursing. Must have home health experience.
Active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado in good standing.
Must be able to communicate in the language of the client and document client related-activity as appropriate
Current drivers license
At least one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse. Home Health experience is a plus.
Familiarity with OASIS preferred
