Job Description:

Our busy dental practice is growing, and we are looking for a full-time dental assistant who can provide high-quality dental services to our clients and assist our dentist with examinations and dental procedures. Our ideal candidate has 1 or more years of dental assisting experience. We offer 401k w/ match, competitive pay, PTO, medical, vision, basic life, disability, and more!

Responsibilities:
--- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
--- Take pre and post-op x-rays and intraoral photos
--- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
--- Educate patients on post-operative care
--- Perform basic laboratory functions such as pouring models, fabricating temporary crowns, and taking impressions
--- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
--- Schedule patient appointments

Qualifications:
--- High School Diploma or equivalent
--- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred
--- Radiology Certification is required
--- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments
--- proficiency in using dental patient management software (I.e. Open Dental or Dentrix)
