RN Traveler - Inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant - University of
Colorado Hospital, Aurora, CO A 36 bed inpatient unit primarily
taking care of Hematologic Malignancies and Bone Marrow Transplant
patients. Can also care for oncology and acute care overflow.
Oncology/Medicine/Gynecology-Oncology and BMT NEW WAGE INCREASE
2 RN Travelers needed for ASAP start Straight Nights
BLS and ONS/ONCC certifications are required.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
CO RN License
1 year of nursing experience required.
Preferred BMT experience

Skills and Abilities:
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive

able to work in a fast paced environment, and take appropriate
action. Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective
equipment as required.
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse Program if less than
three (3) years' experience.
6 months nursing experience (in an acute setting)
State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and any relevant unit
specific certification requirement.
BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red
Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before
start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of
hire. All life support certification cards must be issued by either
the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for
the Professional Rescuer. (American Red Cross for the Professional
Rescuer is only good upon hire and all renewals will need to be
through an American Heart Association sanctioned course.)
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Experience in a teaching/academic hospital
Two years traveling experience
Due to Point of Care Testing duties associated with this position,
upon hire, a copy of highest level of education (diploma, degree,
or transcripts) would be required to present to the hiring manager.

This position's pay is $38/hour + travel stipend/package.
