  • Overseeing all stages of project life cycle, managing project development from initiation to closure.
  • Managing and directing project teams, providing regular performance feedback and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans and managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Dealing with complex matters that require coordinating between multiple departments.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards.

    • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and guidelines, particularly within the property industry.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Proficiency in project management software.
    • Understanding of MEP systems and their integration into overall project plans.
    • Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings and plan sets.
