Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of technical program managers to drive high performance.
• Develop program strategy and agile transformation roadmap for Retail Wireless Technology.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision-making to deliver business growth products.
• Oversee program management from ideation to launch and ongoing support.
• Align delivery schedules to ensure timely and successful solution deployment.
• Communicate initiative progress, mitigate risks, and continuously improve execution processes.
  Skills, Experience and Requirements
  
  Education and Experience:
  
  • BA/BS in a technical or business discipline (information systems, engineering, computer science, finance, business administration, or accounting)
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience
  • 6 years of Program or Project Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience
    
    Skills and Qualifications:
    
    • Proficiency in Agile processes and methodologies with strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Self-motivated with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a distributed environment.
    • Capable of balancing future planning with current project delivery in a fast-paced setting.
    • Experience managing projects using Jira; telecommunications experience is a plus.
    • Preferred: Master's degree, experience with MVNOs, 5G network products, and leadership in both corporate and startup environments.
      Salary Ranges
      
      Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

      The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
