• Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
• Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
• Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.
• Assesses the quality of patient care delivered and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments. May provide patient care when necessary.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
  • State licensure as a Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Addiction Counselor, or CAC III.
  • 3 years of relevant experience.The pay range for this position is: $39.32 - $62.90 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.UCHealth offers their employees a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package:
