winning treatment center for adults with substance use disorders.

operations of the Behavioral Health department(s).Work Schedule:
Full Time DaysResponsibilities:
- Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards,
and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision
of the organization.
- Manages staff relations including performance management, staff
satisfaction and conflict management. Performs and oversees
scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
- Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance,
departmental contracts and vendor relations. Determines and
justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors
usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock
supplies.
- Assesses the quality of patient care delivered and coordinates
patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other
departments. May provide patient care when necessary.
- Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills,
decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal
supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and
take appropriate action.Requirements:
- Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
- State licensure as a Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker,
Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family
Therapist, Licensed Addiction Counselor, or CAC III.
- 3 years of relevant experience.The pay range for this position
is: $39.32 - $62.90 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's
