Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Go-to-Market Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Go-to-Market Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the execution of various go-to-market initiatives across Boost Infinite's products and services. Your expertise in strategic planning, marketing program management and cross-functional leadership will be essential in ensuring the successful launch and promotion of our offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership, product management, and marketing teams to define and refine go-to-market strategies for new product launches or market expansions. Align go-to-market activities with business objectives, market research, and customer insights.
• Program Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive program plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, to guide the successful execution of go-to-market initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure their requirements and expectations are met throughout the go-to-market process. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, managing their needs, concerns, and feedback effectively.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams involved in go-to-market initiatives.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and track the performance and impact of go-to-market initiatives against predefined KPIs and targets. Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance go-to-market processes, methodologies, and tools. Drive efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability in go-to-market program management. Skills, Experience and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in brand/marketing management, go-to-market strategy, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market principles, product marketing, and product lifecycle management.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to change, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    
    Salary Range
    
    Compensation: $76,300.00/Year - $109,000.00/Year
