Job Description:

Kforce is working with a client looking for (2) Senior Program Managers in Littleton, CO. The Technical Program Manager drives complex initiatives associated with an enterprise company initiative. They work with architects and engineers to create and drive new products, services and technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal and vendor architects and technical resources to design and document solutions
  
• Develop the program strategy align to key business targets
  
• Engage, problem solves, and communicates across the enterprise to drive successful program initiatives
  
• Work cross-functionally through the technical, business, and operational aspects of the program
  
• Establish and advocate for the overall integrated schedule that aligns with the requirements from the cross-functional team
  
• Partner with management, other program managers, technical leads, and business partners to develop achievable completion dates and prioritize projects
  
• Conduct financial review across the program and advocate for funding for business cases with critical need
  
• Anticipate resource needs based on program schedules and expected throughput
  
• Collaborates with team leads to develop resource requests, as needed
  
• Conducts frequent program reviews with executive sponsors and business partners
  
• Quickly escalate issues to partnering business groups or departments where support is needed and track for resolution and completion
  
• Manages team dynamics across the program while providing coaching to fellow program managers
  
• Determines appropriate methodologies and tools, ensuring program fit
  
• Oversees reporting requirements, and creates monitoring and control mechanisms
