Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior VAS Product Program Manager to join our - 5G Wireless Product team. As the product manager of Value Added Service(VAS) applications for our wireless business, this individual will own the product life cycle for the VAS applications. Through deep engagement with the internal DISH stakeholders, as well as the technical teams, the hard problems will be solved and scope will be prioritized so that timeline commitments can be made based on business targets. Building on top of our brand new 5G network's capabilities and unique differentiators, a new solutions portfolio will be delivered to enable everything new that 5G has to offer at scale.Day-to-day job responsibilities: -Define and product manage VAS applications, focused on 5G wireless consumers and set priorities for delivery of solution components based on input from stakeholders;Communicate progress on product development and certification activities and facilitate communication between DISH and VAS vendorsDevelop scope and negotiate support with DISH IT and VAS vendorsManage vendor relationships and document requirements to VAS vendorsIdentify, articulate and communicate the value of the product capabilities, in support of operational agility, and validating those objectives through data collection and analytics
Skills, Experience and Requirements

A successful Senior VAS Product Program Manager on the Retail Wireless Product team will have: -Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field of study4-8 years of experience in new feature development and roadmap managementSolid understanding of the product life cycle management in the US wireless market, wireless carrier back-end systems and the wireless carrier perspective as well as device softwarePrior experience with revenue generating product development and market launchAn entrepreneurial spirit with an independent self-starter mentality, not shying away from ambiguous situations and addressing challenges quickly through creative problem-solving
Salary Range

Compensation: $65,800.00/Year - $94,000.00/Year
