Job Description

$22 / hour

The Kids Club Manager is the Ambassador for their location's Kids Club and oversees Kids Club Team Members and leads by example in customer service, cleanliness, and culture through training, coaching, and sometimes counseling. They inspire, motivate, and develop their team through open communication and trust. They find creative solutions to problems, take creative measures to ensure employee retention, and have extraordinary people skills. The Kids Club Manager is also responsible for completing payroll, building schedules, recruiting talent, resolving escalated concerns from parents, and other administrative tasks.

  Ideally you will have;
  • 18+ years of age (required)
  • Prior childcare experience
  • 2-3 years management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or current continuing education
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • A positive & playful mindset
  • Demonstrated patience while working with children and adults
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Physical Requirements
    • Ability to get up and down off the floor frequently and move quickly when needed
    • Occasionally lift and/or move 30-50lbs
