We are seeking an Associate Project Manager I to join our
Telecommunications team in Lakewood, CO.
The Associate Project Manager I proactively and systematically
progress through basic, intermediate and advanced levels of
understanding and application of key project management
competencies including: project financials and accounting
principles, project scheduling, project data tracking and
dashboarding, risk management, and subcontractor/vendor
This position also leverages H&M's Project Management
Methodology to manage all phases of the construction project
lifecycle and supports other functional teams in job planning and
execution. This role will provide direct, project management for a
large-scale, fiber-optic, design-build project in the Denver
metropolitan area, and various markets as directed.
Additionally, the Associate Project Manager I will assist the
Project Manager to dashboard and report project statistics, work
with project time and production tracking tools, assemble customer
invoicing, collaborate with the Project Controller to ensure
project cost and production statistics are accurately reported, and
champion H&M project initiatives and culture (Lean and safety).
This position works cross-functionally with all project PMO,
construction, and design team members to ensure a successful

of methodology, tools and approaches using fundamentals of H&M
Project Management practices, as well as implementing
project/program plans as assigned.

Minimum Educational Background:
BS degree or commensurate experience in Project Management,
Construction Management, Engineering, Business or other applicable
fields of study
