story.ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of the Brand Team within
Marketing, you will apply a combination of creative andstrategic
thinking, content strategy development and planning, thought
leadership and innovation,understanding how to cater to the
audience based on the funnel (from acquisition to nurture),
expertisein content development and distribution best practices,
and exceptional writing abilities to the followingAreasContent
Strategy, Creation, and Distribution: (70% of role)* Drive business
impact by leading the development and management of a content
strategy anddistribution system to maximize performance and
conversion for paid, owned and earnedmedia channels* Identify new
content opportunities and create high performing content that
leverage keyconsumer insights, customer journey application,
channel best practices, content audit, andcontent gap analysis*
Manage a content pipeline and forecast through the analysis and
evaluation of programs andstrategies to determine current and
future performance and effectiveness* Develop and lead new approach
in developing more scalable and integrated content for avariety of
channels and funnel-building objectives* Lead and manage all
aspects of program execution: content ideation; content
creation;copywriting; proofreading and editing for a range of
content, including but not limited to,online and offline channels,
claims, print collateral, and customer care/sales talking points
withconsideration for accompanying design assets* Drive new leads
through website SEO content strategy, creation and evaluation to
captureorganic growth* Conduct research, tracking industry trends
and identifying best-in-class content examples toinspire and drive
incremental business growth* Apply an analytical and performance
mindset in the development and evaluation of content todeliver
measurable results in demand generation and pipeline creation*
Collaborate with channel managers as well as creative agency
partner/freelancers in providinghigh-quality content, including
management and evaluation* Collaborate with internal creative
services to develop and manage content, compliance andbrand
standards* Manage internal content development and review process
to stay on deadlineReputation and Communications Support: (30% of
role)* Support online reputation management by executing an organic
social media strategy acrossmultiple sites, including: creating and
scheduling posts; monitoring activity; and responding tosocial
comments and online reviews as appropriate in a brand-consistent
manner* Report on social KPIs, and make recommendations based on
target audience demographics andinsights* Support "earned" media
(PR, social, blogs, influencer, reviews, etc.) content development
in ameasurable way that drives business impact* Develop content for
internal and external audiences, including staff communications and
B2Boutreach* Work closely with Brand and Legal to maintain a
positive reputation across all social channels* Collaborate with
Brand, Digital, and Web teams on overall strategy and content for
ongoingSEO gainsRequired Experience* Serve as an expert resource
for brand voice* Ability to write assignment briefs that guide
internal projects and external resources in creatingsuccessful
content* Ability to manage a diverse set of tasks, prioritize
workload, and deliver results against deadlinesin a fast-paced
environment -- strong project management* Experience developing
and/or managing a content strategy and content distribution system*
Experience developing and managing content-related project plans*
Experience copywriting for a wide variety of online and offline
channels, with emphasis andigital formatsQualificationsWriting
samples and a writing test will be required as part of the
interview process.Required Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in
marketing, communications, journalism or related field (or
equivalentexperience)* Minimum of 4-6 years in copywriting,
marketing content development, and/or brand messagingfor consumer
audiences (or a combination of B2C and B2B audiences)* Exceptional
copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills are a must* Attention
to detail is critical* Excellent organizational skills* Strong
communication and collaboration skills* Self-starter who can work
independently and collaborate in a team environmentPreferred
Qualifications* Copywriting for healthcare-related businesses*
Experience working in a performance marketing or data-driven
environment* Knowledge of HIPAACompensation And Benefits$70,000-
$90,000 base compensation DOEIn addition to your base compensation,
depending on position, you may be eligible for a quarterly or
annual bonus (potential bonuses are merit based). Medical Insurance

Retirement Plan (401K) options are provided as an additional
