Reporting to the Sr. Director Talent and Diversity & Inclusion, the Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition leads a small North American Talent Acquisition team. Responsibilities include working collaboratively with local site HR and leadership teams to drive and implement full lifecycle recruitment processes, compliance, and standards. Works with hiring managers during the recruitment process, executes talent acquisition strategies, and partners closely with the Sr. Director Talent & Diversity & Inclusion to shape the multi-year strategic plan, implement new technologies, identify and develop strategic sourcing pipelines, drive employer branding, messaging, and recruitment marketing practices. This position leads the implementation of the Talent Acquisition strategic objectives, programs and processes that support the North American enterprise s strategic plan. Responsible for strategy execution, program enhancements, along with continued systems and process improvements.





Duties & Responsibilities:


Strategy



- Support the development of the TA strategic plan inclusive of long-term goals and objectives focused on key risk management and driving business and project initiatives

- Evaluate emerging talent acquisition technologies, trends, best practices, programs, and SWOT analysis

- Establish measurement criteria to monitor the performance of established strategies to include programs and key TA business processes and recommend modifications as needed





Talent Acquisition



- Manage, lead, and cultivate the talent acquisition function to continuously develop members of the team to optimize performance, engagement, effectiveness, and retention

- Lead recruitment efforts for Corporate, strategic, and key executive positions

- Act as a thought leader and trusted partner with hiring managers, clients, and stakeholders to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and hiring practices across the organization

- Collaborate with HR and site leadership to develop innovative, progressive, results-driven hiring activities that meet current and future business needs

- Manage the structure, processes, practices, training, and tools necessary to support the talent acquisition strategies

- Manage key vendors, negotiate, and oversee contracts to ensure quality innovation and service delivery

- Champion diversity and culture in all aspects of the hiring process with a focus on attracting and retaining a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates

- Drive a best-in-class hiring experience ensuring both candidates and hiring managers have a high-quality experience



Compliance



- Provide strategic oversight, leadership and expertise ensuring that all talent acquisition practices are compliant with EEOC and OFCCP employment guidelines, as well as federal and state employment and labor laws

- Work closely with HR, Corporate Compliance, and site leadership to monitor, conduct audits, and ensure overall systems, process, and regulatory compliance






Employment Branding & Recruitment Marketing



- Act as a steward and oversee employment brand, partnering with Marketing to continuously drive brand awareness, social engagement, lead generation, and on-going enhancements to attract quality candidates




- Lead the team in advancing scalability and process improvements to ensure the most effective techniques to attract top talent

- Use sourcing tools to data mine candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through social media channels, traditional networking, Boolean searches, referrals, and other techniques



Metrics, Technology, & Reporting



- Lead ATS migration and manage key recruiting metrics

- Present status updates and make recommendations that optimize processes

- Lead reporting and insights for recruiting scorecard and metrics



University Relations



- Partner closely with HR and site leadership teams to continue enhancing internship program

- Ensure alignment with D&I considerations and evaluate success



Workforce Planning



- Partner with business leaders, finance, and HR to drive the value of talent acquisition activities to appropriately align recruiting needs with evolving business objectives to identify appropriate strategies and solutions to close gaps

- Execute talent acquisition action plans and regularly report status to key stakeholders






Essential Knowledge & Skills:



- Results driven, skilled and experienced in leading organizations through change

- Demonstrated success running D&I focused recruitment strategies, training, and partnerships

- Strong project management experience and ability to lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously

- Authentic and engaging with proven ability to make strong people connections in building trust, collaborating, and creating a positive and inclusive work environment

- Ability to transform tactical practices and combine strategic agility with strong focus on execution

- Exceptional team leadership skills through creating purpose, alignment and fostering commitment

- Ability to develop and deliver presentations at all levels of the organization



Education and Experience:


Education: Bachelor of Science degree required


Experience: 12 -15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience








Export Statement:

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
