Job Description:

role for you! The Production Supervisor oversees the daily
operations of the production team, ensuring that all tasks are
completed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality. This
role involves planning, directing, and coordinating production
activities, as well as managing and mentoring production staff. The
ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and
Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is
a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for
innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Its
end-to-end Command, Control, Computers, Communications and
Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities
encompass design, integration, test, certification, ground/flight
training and complete logistics support. IAS tailors solutions to
customer cost, performance, and schedule requirements and designs
to consistently exceed expectations – with an unrivaled record of
on time and on (or under) budget deliveries. Responsibilities Daily
Production Execution- Direct and coordinate technician activities
for aircraft modification and integration work. Ensure work is
executed safely, correctly, and on schedule. Hangar Floor
Leadership- Provide real-time supervision of avionics, structural
and A&P technicians. Remove obstacles that prevent technicians
from completing tasks. Safety and Compliance Oversight- Enforce
OSHA, SNC safety policies, and repair station procedures. Ensure
maintenance actions meet FAA, DoD, and SNC quality standards. Work
Package and Install Oversight- Monitor progress of installation
tasks and track progress via earned value methods (EVMS). Verify
technical data, drawings, and installation instructions are
followed. Cross Functional Coordination- Interface with quality,
engineering, planning, supply chain, program management, and
external customer. Technical Leadership and Development- Mentor
lead technicians and crew leads. Support training, certification,
and qualification progression. Status Reporting- Provide daily
aircraft status updates. Communicate risks, constraints, and
recovery plans Qualifications You Must Have: Associate's degree in
a related field of study. 5 years in a related field. Relevant
experience can be considered as a substitute for the required
educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum
of 7 years of related experience is required. Higher level relevant
degree may substitute for experience. Ability to understand and
interpret technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals,
and/or publications. Experience with corrective action planning.
Previous management or lead experience; the ability to recruit
employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the
development and maintenance of staff competence. Experience in a
manufacturing, production or warehouse environment. Thorough
understanding and experience with the practical application of
manufacturing principles. The ability to obtain and maintain a
Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required Qualifications We
Prefer: Bachelors degree in aviation maintenance, engineering,
manufacturing, business, or related field. 7-10 years of aircraft
maintenance, modification, or production experience. 3-5 years of
leadership or supervisory experience ? Essential Functions: Perform
assembly tasks, including the ability to lift up to 25 lbs
regularly. Operate and maintain assembly tools and equipment,
requiring hand/finger dexterity. Stand for extended periods during
the work shift. Work in potentially hazardous or loud environments,
following safety protocols. Ability to travel may be required. For
office roles, capability to work in an office or hybrid
environment. This posting will be open for application for a

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $85,768.30 - $117,931.40.
Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as
candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and
education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may
be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated
with the location at which the position may be filled. SNC offers
annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate
with the level of the position. SNC offers a generous benefit

the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security
Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position
needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S.

Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD

of the security clearance eligibility process for industry
applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the
