What You'll Be Doing Lead structural design on commercial, institutional, and multi-family projects nationwide. Mentor junior engineers and BIM staff , elevating the team's technical quality and professional growth. Oversee project management: timelines, budgets, design phases, and seamless client communication. Deliver innovative solutions across a spectrum of materials and structural systems. Review and refine design & production standards , ensuring best-in-class documentation and deliverables. What You Bring PE License (Colorado required; additional states a plus) 8 years of structural engineering experience Experience managing design construction phases Technical expertise in structural systems and materials Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills Bonus points for fluency in Revit Structure, RAM, RISA, CSI Perks Culture Competitive salary performance bonuses: Base of $90k - $130k/annual dependent on experience Full health benefits, 401(k) with company match Professional development allowance Dog-friendly office A team that actually supports each other
