OVERVIEW: Toyota Certified Service Technician will diagnose vehicle
service problems and make necessary repairs in a professional
manner and quality. Toyota Certified technician with a minimum of 3
ASE certifications. Detailed and efficient, 2 plus years of
experience with knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair,
maintenance, diagnostic, engine, transmission, electrical, steering
& suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. You continuously learn
new technical information through Toyota Training and on-site
training. You are reliable individual with a strong work ethic. You
are a team player and maintain a positive attitude. You are
customer focused and hold yourself accountable to a high standard
of high quality of work. Fast paced environment and manage
priorities. Update on vehicle mechanical operations. Update to date
on all E-Learning Toyota Modules. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform
specific work on maintenance and repair orders efficiently and
follow dealership standards. Provide labor and time estimates for
additional automotive repairs and explain mechanical diagnoses and
required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and
customers. Advise ASM of needed repairs with parts and labor.
Advise of any changes or deviations from the original repair
instructions on the repair order or the vehicle. Advise ASM through
communication if any additional service is needed and estimate of
the time required to complete repairs. Test-drive vehicles, and
test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special
service equipment. Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer
specifications Perform quality repairs; have a "fix the vehicle
right the first time" mentality. Complete comprehensive
documentation of cause/correction, specifications, and other
pertinent information to describe repair activities. REQUIREMENTS:
Experience as a service technician 3 ASE certifications. Valid
in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe
driving record Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced
