Job Description Job Description General Production Worker $25.00hr 6am-4pm Plenty of overtime Job Description As a General Production Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of the production facility. This position requires hands-on work in a manufacturing environment where attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential. You will be responsible for cleaning, organizing, and assisting with general labor tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the plant. This role is well-suited for individuals who thrive in active work settings and have experience with production or manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the plant by following daily and weekly cleaning schedules. Clean and wash all pans, tools, and equipment used for production to ensure high standards of hygiene and efficiency. Keep production areas cleaned and swept to prevent debris buildup and maintain a safe workspace. Assist in basic material handling tasks, such as moving supplies and finished products to designated areas. Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment as required in the manufacturing environment. Support production teams by performing additional duties as needed, including basic assembly and setup tasks. Essential Skills Ability to perform general labor tasks with efficiency and reliability. Prior experience in production and manufacturing environments, with knowledge of general workplace safety practices. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, bend, and perform repetitive tasks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
