pride? Join our team as an Assembler , where your skills will
support the production of motors, blowers, evaporators, condensers,
and complex wiring assemblies. You’ll play a key role in creating
high?quality products while working in a focused, quiet
manufacturing environment designed for excellence. Schedule Shift:
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Overtime: Typically 5–10 hours per week Up to 2
Saturdays per month Often voluntary; occasionally required Pay
Range $22.00 – $26.00 per hour Compensation is based on skills,
experience, and demonstrated competency. Key Responsibilities
Interpret engineering drawings and use EPS/PPP tools, ensuring all
tools are calibrated and functioning properly. Assemble products
following prints and released procedures to deliver consistent,
high?quality work. Safely operate equipment such as die cutters,
drill presses, lathes, mills, and sanders. Perform in?process
inspections or route assemblies to Quality as required.
Troubleshoot quality issues, complete rework, and escalate complex
challenges to staff when needed. Conduct testing per established
procedures, record results, and resolve failures through rework or
troubleshooting. Sign off on assembly and test operations and
accurately track time and job progress. Maintain a clean, safe
build area through Foreign Object Detection (FOD) practices. Follow
all safety protocols and consistently use required PPE. Essential
Skills Proficient in mechanical and electrical assembly. Strong
ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Skilled
with hand and power tools. Solid understanding of component and
assembly requirements using blueprints and BOMs. Additional Skills
& Qualifications Works collaboratively with leadership on a
personalized development plan. Identifies opportunities for
process, quality, or efficiency improvements. Maintains a clean,
organized work area. Communicates safety, quality, delivery, and

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 -
$26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may
depend on your job classification and length of employment.
