Your daily responsibilities will include the supporting of the on-premise and cloud infrastructure and services as it pertains to the companies initiatives.**Responsibilities and Duties:**+ Building, designing, and maintaining simple and complex technology stacks.+ Automating manual processes to reduce administrative overhead and improve DevOps within the teams.+ Communicating with other teams to solve problems and meet project deadlines.+ Assisting in the company's ongoing migration of applications from the datacenter to the cloud.+ Participating in on-call and patching rotations.+ Learning and researching technology, software, and hardware solutions as it pertains to the company's needs.+ Being self-sufficient in organizing multiple tasks and assignments on a daily basis.**Education:**+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.**Required Experience:**+ Intermediate to advanced level of network knowledge and experience, particularly with setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting Cisco network solutions, to include: Catalyst, ASA, Firepower IPS/IDS, and Nexus systems.+ Understanding of network concepts and technologies, such as: VLAN, OSPF, etherchannel, fiberchannel, multi-context firewalls, DNS, stateful and stateless firewalls, as well as VPN IPSEC or WebSSL tunnels.+ Amazon Web Services (knowledge of core AWS network services, such as VPC, CloudFront, Global Accelerator, Transit Gateway, and Route53.)+ Some degree of Linux exposure, with experience troubleshooting basic Linux OS issues.+ Some degree of Windows exposure, with knowledge of Active Directory and troubleshooting basic Windows Server issues.+ Monitoring platforms and configuration (i.e. Datadog, Cloudwatch, Solarwinds, WUG, Uptrends, Nagios)+ OS patching and process management (i.e. WSUS, LSUS, SCCM, Ivanti, Satellite)+ Some degree of scripting (i.e. Python, Bash, PowerShell) experience+ Communication skills - this position is required to communicate clearly to teams and individuals throughout the company, as well as clients on occasion.**Preferred Experience:**+ Azure services and fundamentals+ Big IP F5 LTM/ASM+ Windows IIS troubleshooting**Other Expectations:**All team members are expected to have a mindset of respect, collaboration, improvement and learning cycles, pride in ownership, focus on delivering value, and the ability to adapt to change.For CO Residents: Pay starts around $100k and is negotiable up based on experienceOur benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, HSA and FSA, generous earned time off, 401K/student loan repayment, life insurance & AD insurance, employee assistance program, employee stock purchase program, tuition reimbursement, performance-based incentive pay, short- and long-term disability, and a robust wellness program.
