active Physical Therapist license and 1 year of Physical Therapy
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This position offers the
opportunity to provide specialized physical therapy services within
a K-12 school setting. You will be responsible for delivering
high-quality care to students with physical and multiple
disabilities, ranging from mild to severe, across multiple schools.
Location: Littleton, CO PreK through High School student population
Key Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy services as an
itinerant therapist across six school sites. Cover leave from April
6 to May 22 with full-time hours. Manage care for approximately 55
students. Collaborate with school staff, families, and other
professionals to support student goals. Implement therapy plans
focusing on pediatric mobility and support physical functioning.
Utilize your expertise in IEP development and compliance to meet
individual student needs. Provide additional physical therapy
assistant (PTA) support at three largest schools. Qualifications:
Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification.
Experience working in Colorado schools is required. Proficient in
Individualized Education Program (IEP) writing. Knowledgeable in
pediatric mobility equipment. Ability to manage caseload
effectively while working across multiple locations. This contract
position is ideal for physical therapists experienced in pediatric
school-based care seeking a role with a well-defined timeline and
