A court reporting company has an open position for a Remote
Client Services Specialist. Core Responsibilities of this position
include: Fielding all client and reporter related phone calls and
emails Researching client issues and billing-related disputes to
address client concerns and reach a positive resolution Monitoring
production table and rush board and prioritize jobs in order of due
date Skills and Requirements Include: Excellent written and verbal
communication skills [roficiency in mathematics Experience with
Microsoft Office products Strong attention to detail, analytical
skills, and excellent customer service skills required
