Job Description Job Description Location: Denver Metro Area & surrounding Colorado markets Contract Length: 9–12 months (with potential extension) Employment Type: Contract About the Role We are hiring Junior Technicians to support a long-term Card Harvest project across the Denver Metro area and surrounding Colorado markets. This role is ideal for technicians with hands-on Central Office (CO) experience . Central Office experience is required. Key Responsibilities Perform Card Harvest activities in telecom Central Office environments Work with legacy telecom equipment and infrastructure Safely remove, label, and handle telecom hardware Follow site-specific safety and access protocols Maintain accurate documentation of completed work Collaborate with field teams and project leadership onsite Required Skills & Experience Previous Central Office experience Experience working in telecom, network, or data center environments Familiarity with basic hand tools used in CO environments Ability to work on-site and travel locally within Colorado Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions Tools Required Candidates must provide basic hand tools , including but not limited to: Screwdrivers Pliers Cloves (gloves) Other standard telecom hand tools Pay & Per Diem Hourly Pay (based on experience): $30–$32/hr – No Central Office experience $32–$34/hr – With Central Office experience Additional Compensation: $100/day hotel $80/day food per diem $0.70/mile mileage reimbursement Company Description • Come get Swoon’d • Swoon handles the staffing needs of over 80 Fortune 500 clients. • We have won Best and Brightest Companies to Work for in the Nation Award 6 years in a row. • Swoon was also awarded the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in the US from 2016 – 2020.
