legacies. What we need: We are looking for a Senior FP&A
Analyst to play a key role in driving financial planning,
forecasting, and business performance analysis to support strategic
decision-making. This position will partner closely with
operations, accounting, and executive leadership to deliver
insights that enhance profitability, efficiency, and growth. Key
Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Forecasting Assist in the
development of the company's annual planning process and monthly
forecasts Own long planning model, partnering closely with
Corporate Development team and ensuring alignment with strategic
objectives Develop and maintain dynamic financial models that
support scenario analysis and other strategic initiatives Work
cross-functionally to improve forecast accuracy by gathering and
interpreting financial and operational data Performance Analysis &
Reporting Provide detailed analysis of monthly and quarterly
results, highlighting key trends, variances, and improvement
opportunities Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards to
communicate financial performance and operational KPIs Analyze
job-level profitability, project margins, and cost trends to
identify operational efficiencies Business Partnership Collaborate
with Operations, Project Management, and Accounting teams to ensure
financial integrity and alignment with business goals Support
leadership in strategic initiatives such as pricing analysis,
capital investments, and growth opportunities Serve as a financial
liaison to regional and branch managers, helping translate
financial insights into actionable strategies Process Improvement &
Tools Enhance existing reporting and forecasting tools; implement
best practices for data accuracy and consistency Streamline
financial processes and automate recurring analyses where possible
Support ERP and BI system optimization for improved financial
visibility 13-week Cash Forecasting Support the weekly update
process and own the excel model roll-forward and updates,
supporting the Director of Treasury Support Daily Cash Position
reporting and weekly pacing Assist with EBITDA to Cash Flow
reconciliation and bridge analyses Qualifications: Bachelor's
degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
3-5 years of progressive financial analysis, FP&A, or a related
finance experience, preferably in restoration, construction, field
services, or a project-based environment Investment banking or
financial due diligence experience is highly desirable Skills that
will make you successful in this role: Advanced Excel modeling and
PowerPoint presentation skills. Proficiency with ERP and reporting
systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Viewpoint, or similar)
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) strongly
preferred Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and
ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of
interfacing with executives and non-financial stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced,

Compensation: Guardian is committed to fair and equitable
compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay
range is $90,000 - $115,000 Bonus. Actual compensation will depend
upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location,
and other relevant factors. The salary range is subject to change
and may be modified at any time. Location: This role is a hybrid
role – requiring 2-3 days/week in the downtown Denver office.
